I really, really hate it. I didn’t mention that it’s also been like 8, 10, 15 and 19 degrees out lately. Great weather to shop in. I fishtailed through an intersection the other day (along with everyone else). It’s been snowing every day – at least 1-2 inches daily. Thank God for my garage.

Holy crap, Batman! That’s a whole lot of snow. And I can’t believe how freakin’ cold it is. Stay warm, fair friend!

I’m not a snow lover at all but it’s at least more like Christmas than the 70 plus degrees we’re supposed to have here on Saturday. Our Christmas tree died within days because it was near 80 and I couldn’t keep the temp down in the house. I was not about to turn the air conditioning on in December!!!!

Wow. Just wow. No dreaming of a white Christmas for you, huh? It’s a reality! I wish we could get some snow here…

pardon the french but holy shit!!!! That goes above and beyond a white Chrsitmas!!! I feel for you!! Living in Michigan, I hate getting the snow we get. I cant believe I tolerate living here. Living where you are… not an option!!!

I hope you have a snow blower 🙂

In our defense, it had snowed a lot, but the drifting made it look worse (or do you just have a really short slide, Jolene?). Most of the snow is gone now and I can see plenty of grass. Temps are back into the mid 40s. We aren’t completely insane for living here.

No, no, other than mid July, we are totally insane for living here. We’ve got great views of the Green Mountains, Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain, but it doesn’t make up for the months and months of dreadful weather.

    I’d be outta here in a nano-second.

sorry rebecca i have to disagree. i think we are pretty much nuts.
even my 3 yr old is telling she is ready for sun and spring and all this snow is making her cranky. 🙂
probably cause all this driving in the snow is making her mommy super cranky.

Well, where you live is another issue. You’re miles from civilization. 🙂
Have Serena come play at my house. I still have grass visible. How can we complain-40s by the weekend??
Really, my point was that that much snow and low temps aren’t the norm for early December. We definitely don’t get as much snow as western New York and I think most of Michigan gets more snow than we do. I want spring as much as the next person. I’m just trying to be optimistic. Trust me, staying in the house with three kids under five for months is not really my idea of fun.

Woke up this morning and the thermometer read -6. Very, very unhappy. Lots of snow too. 8 additional inches on New Year’s Eve/Day.

Winter is evil, evil I say!!!

Arrived at work, turned the thermostat up to 80, 3 hours later it is still at 65. I can hardly feel my fingers.

Stop being a baby. It’s supposed to be near 50 next Wednesday and raining. That should make you happy. Of course, that lovely village you live in will probably flood. Good thing you are on higher ground. Just think of this as lovely, quality time for you to spend with your daughters indoor:)

    Nothing makes me happy, remember?

You’re as evil as winter. I’ll just send the girls over to stay at your house. I hear there’s grass over there 🙂
